Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon

Don’t love it for the price. But for a new distillery it’s a great start. Interested to see how they develop.

Strong vanilla notes on the nose. Vanilla and caramel greet the palate and quickly transition into a spicy balance. There is a blend of caramel and cinnamon in the finish which is medium and pleasant. There are even some floral notes that tease the senses. Well balanced. Very pleasant and smooth. If you see this, get it!

Lighter bourbon with interesting combination of floral, oak, and hint of cocoa. Smooth with medium finish. Delicious.

Notes of leather and oak

Solid effort. Nice little cinnamon on finish. Doesn’t blow me away, but I dig it.

Corn pops, cinnamon finish

Smooth and has a very nice front taste. Can instantly taste the sweetness of a Carmel with a hint of vanilla. Rounded out by oak and spicy followed with a smooth finish
