Milam & Greene Very Small Batch Bourbon (Batch 1)

Baking spices with fruity notes climb over palate from intro to finish; satisfying spice bomb on finish; noticeable wood oak chew with tannins, spice, tobacco and smokiness; hint of tawny port wine; many different flavors dancing around which makes it both fun and difficult to identify. Overall an unique experience. The process for this bourbon is very interesting and unique, worth reading about.
