Tasting Notes
"Aromas of grain breakfast cereal flakes (not the frosted kind), pinecone, clove, and allspice hit the nose right out of the glass. The cereal-ness on the palate takes the form of multigrain crackers sprinkled with dried herbs along with the same baking spice elements. Some tart orange and pine needle enter the palate with a touch of caramel/maple sweetness and richness. The finish is tart and spicy with a good deal of heat. "
