Overall really good for it's price. smokey, fresh and sweet at the same time

First mezcal tasted, neat. Smell: smoke, alcoholic, slight wood. Taste: smoke, strong alcoholic burn, long lasting after taste of slight alcohol with some saltiness. Feel: instant pleasant warmness, lasting slight buttery mouth feel.

Smells like tequila I'd get at a cheap bar, but flavour is nice and rich. Full of that ashy flavour without being too smoky.

To me, smoke and ash. The wife, savory with some sweetness and like biting on a log (like what you smell around the neighborhood in the fall). Definitely worth trying. Drank it neat but bet it would be great in a cocktail.
