Tasting Notes
"The best way to describe the nose on this whiskey is riding horseback through a bramble past an herb garden (think thyme, mint, wild grass, raspberries, blackberries, saddle leather) with a hint of sweet spice. The palate is somewhat divergent, more like a butterscotch candy dissolving on the tongue after a sip or two of apple juice, with hints of clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon. The finish is medium-long, with more spiced fruit carrying through. "
