"Compared to Mosswood's whiskeys aged in barrels seasoned with coffee, sour ale, and apple brandy, a whiskey aged in sherry casks may seem a bit like coloring within the lines. Nonetheless, their Irish whiskey plays very well with a sherry finish. It's full-bodied with notes of dates and a slightly fruity aroma. Overall, it's a very enjoyable dram."
