Mount Gay Black Barrel

Much smoother on the rocks. Keeps it's nice charred tase

Very strong when enjoyed neat. The char from the barrel is very prominent, very faint hints of butterscotch

Light and floral on the nose. Fruit and vanilla on the tongue soft and warm finish

Solid rum. Black spice is just right. Would buy again.

Ethanol and a little char on the nose; vanilla, brown sugar, molasses, and oak; a little harsh; thin texture; molasses and char finish
