"A fresh and simple rum with bright and clean, but fairly neutral aromatics. Those that are found are hints of pollen, lemon tart and brine. The palate is richer but equally muted with notes of marshmallow, white pepper, white sugar, white flowers and vanilla. The rum is fairly sweet and very approachable."
