Tasting Notes
"There's a gentle scent of stone fruits around the edges, with maybe a touch of white flowers. Tasting brings out a fruity profile with perfumed white peaches and mixed berries (cherries, raspberries). The bourbon itself is still here at the heart of the palate, but those fruity and floral touches makes for a lighter, springtime bourbon. Would recommend sipping rather than mixing or adding ice. Overall, a well-balanced bourbon with flavors you want to revisit over and over again. "
