Tasting Notes
"The nose is fairly standard with a classic vanilla, caramel, and a little apple. There's a bit of the young corn whiskey peaking through as well as a touch of pencil shavings. As you taste it's a little raw on the palate which, with the high rye profile, makes the spice factor pop. But there's a bittersweet, slick finish which helps to tame the heat as you finish the drink. Would suggest you mix rather than sip this one. A simple Bourbon & Ginger would work."
