Tasting Notes
"Compared to the Classic version from the brand, this bourbon is more balanced. It shows more dark caramel and vanilla aromas as well as some dark cherries and brown butter. The taste leans towards a hearty, dry-but-not-too-dry experience. It has a nice length on the finish with bittersweet flavors of dark chocolate and cherries. Given the flavors shown here, if you're in the mood for a cocktail, try a Manhattan. But it's also fine to enjoy as a sipper. "
