Tasting Notes
"On the nose, Neversink Gin is delicate, without the usual heat from juniper. Instead, mild cardamom and floral notes prevail. There's a similarly delicate feel on the palate that evolves into a slow building heat with more concentrated spice flavors. Though a touch of juniper is present, it's not overbearing, so those who shy away from the London Dry style are likely to enjoy this in everything from a Gin & Tonic or Collins to a modern take on the Martini."
