The brand macerates juniper, coriander and angelica root for 12 hours in a 100% wheat-based neutral spirit. An additional botanical mix with less traditional ingredients like local lavender from the Cotswolds, bay leaf and black pepper are also used.
The gin is brought down to proof with water from the Cotswolds. This is bottled without chill-filtration so expect to see a cloudy appearance when chilled or diluted.

"This is suit and tie Dry Gin. The bouquet is brimming with pine needles, cracked pepper, bold juniper, and lots of dried citrus peel. The palate focuses on black pepper and bitter lemon oils. The finish is long lasting with tastes of juniper and licorice. Because of its great concentration this would make a sexy dry Martini or a refreshing Vesper."
