Tasting Notes
"The aroma shows toasted sugar, and a dried grassy/herbal profile along with some apple skins. The taste is more savory than sweet, but there's still some classic bourbon notes to be found like vanilla. The finish leads to a peppery bite and tastes again lean more herbal. Some bitter chocolate here as well. Water or ice isn't necessary to enjoy, but fine either way. For those looking for something different in their bourbons."
