Thick, komplex, a bit nutty

Honey nose and taste. Orange and cream also on the nose. Very easy alcohol presentation.

Nose: sweet molasses initially, transitions to an interesting combo of umami, sea breeze and wet seaweed. There’s also a hint of smoke. Palate: relatively thin mouthfeel given the alcohol content. Not very oily. Smoke and a hint of ethanol burn up front. Only a little dark red fruit sweetness. A bit of woody oak transitions to brine at the end which segues to the finish Finish: Smokey, brine character becomes almost overtly salty. Long finish that transitions back to some oaky notes.
