No. 3 London Dry Gin

Probably the coolest bottle I've ever come across. Nose starts with citrus peel and follows with a lighter juniper. Like a walk through a Mediterranean pine forest. Palate is like a sweet lemon drop, with the juniper again taking a back seat. There are some interesting floral and candy like flavours dancing around. Finish is lenghty and turns a bit more savory. The flavours are unique and unlike anything I've had before. This doesnt seem like a classic London dry to me. It's much more than that and pretty incredible.

Gentle juniper and sunny orange dominate.
