Noble Oak Double Oak Rye

Tated out of a plastic cup so…yea. Nice pour overall. Briwn sugar notes, maple and sweet tea. Sooce at the end with a medium short finish. Enjoyable pour with some nice flavors. Probably very nice in a cocktail.

Flaviar advent- Allspice, anise, menthol, a bit of cinnamon and a weird medicinal finish. Rye is my favorite, but didn't like this one. Next !

Excellent tue! Maple sweet woody

A nice long spicy finish with layers of flavor. A good rye for the price.

A gorgeous mahogany. Allspice, toffee, & sweet red wine come through on the nose of this one. There are also hints of menthol that I could do without. The port barrel aging punches through immediately. Rye spice, honey, & maple follow quickly though. Not really any better than the first time I tried it and seems to be more of a novelty rye than anything else. This has got a little punch behind it to finish however. Somehow it travels up my throat instead of burning on the way down. Still think I'd use it for mixes only. Disappointing overall.

Easy to drink for a rye. Pretty good for the price point.

Very easy to drink. Much softer than most ryes - tastes almost like a high rye sweeter bourbon. Pepper and rye spice are most noticeable on the delivery and finish. Flaviar advent calendar tasting
