Novo Fogo Chameleon is an ode to one of the most beloved creatures of the Brazilian rainforest, for which Novo Fogo's zero-waste facility is deeply committed. Their cachaça is aged for one year in Four Roses bourbon barrels that have been disassembled, sanded out and lightly re-toasted. The cachaça is bottled without filtration.

Tasting Notes

"The characteristic flavors of their silver cachaça - mint, mango, lime, and banana- mix with richer notes of vanilla, nutmeg, allspice, and cedar. There is still an elegant freshness of freshly cut, grassy herbs like chives and it finishes clean with a hint of bitterness. It's easy to see why this one is a favorite with bartenders, since its assertive flavors and slightly higher proof stand up well in cocktails and punches."
