Oak & Eden Wheat & Spire - Fired French Oak

Very smooth for 116 proof. It is actually 58% ABV not 45 like it says on here. Old Fashions with this were great!

Crisp wheat, carmel nose with a very smooth mild pepper/spice finish from first tasting, followed my mellow drinking throughout. I could see this as a daily drinker at about a $45.00 price tag.

First off, my bottle is 116 proof not 90 so take that with the notes. Tasting: You can smell the French oak very distinctly. Very rich and full with brown sugar and cookie. Snickerdoodle cookie and a bite on the pallet. Long lingering oily finish tobacco and licorice.

Nose: strong alcohol with hints of maple syrup. Palette: sweet cherries, and other fruit. Finish: cinnamon on the front end with a light maple finish.
