I find this dram disappointing for an Oban. From reading the other reviews, I almost wonder if I have a bad bottle. There is a smooth sweetness that opens up with a little water and time, but overall I find the taste unpleasant.

Sherry and oak taste with a slight licorice finish. Very nice.
