Ojo de Tigre Mezcal Joven

If you want to know what a mezcal tastes like, the most basic idea of it, this is it. Flavor profile-wise, it’s a pretty mild or even commercial mezcal. It’s also thick, which makes it feel very inexpensive. Verdict: commercial and barely has any taste.

Lightly smoky. Would be a wonderful wonderful smoky mez if it were only aged longer as it still has the jovenesque sharp gasoline bite to it. Tried in Mexico.
