It has a clear appearance. The aroma is of succulent vegetative notes. The flavor is of mild smoke, earthiness, and savory vegetable. It has a light-to-medium body and a mostly-dry finish. RJT

Very mild flavored mezcal. I like mine with more smoke and flavor. Haven't tried in cocktails yet. Nose: Fruity and Clay Taste: Light, Fruit, Minerality Finish: Slight smoke and a bitter taste

Younger and rawer, light earth, barnyard

Barnyard funk on the nose with a wisp of smoke. Hay and smoke on the palate.

Smoky and smooth. Delicious.
