Ojo de Tigre Mezcal Joven

Very mild flavored mezcal. I like mine with more smoke and flavor. Haven't tried in cocktails yet. Nose: Fruity and Clay Taste: Light, Fruit, Minerality Finish: Slight smoke and a bitter taste

Younger and rawer, light earth, barnyard

Barnyard funk on the nose with a wisp of smoke. Hay and smoke on the palate.

Smoky and smooth. Delicious.

Slightly smoky, slightly harsh. Good edge. No botanical notes or other flavors.

A decent mezcal. Medium smokiness with a bit of citrus sweetness, a dash of minerality as well which I’m guessing is from the Tobala. Relatively light on the palate probably from the low proof, it is a mild sipping mezcal.
