Old Elk Infinity Blend (2021 Release)

Quite a flavor bomb of citrus, corn, caramel, brown sugar, oak spice but not overwhelming. Very smooth but a little harshness on the back end.

Very smooth and great viscous body. Caramel, corn, very well blended, some markers mark notes.

Aroma - red hots, toasted marshmallow is major player here. Really love this marshmallow note. Corn, dark candied fruits, caramel, orange citrus. Really nice Taste- big oak, cinnamon and dark fruits again… creamy vanilla finish. Corn again. Overall - the smell is fantastic but the taste is just slightly above average. At the price point, this is a strong do not recommend for me. It drinks closer to a $70-80 bottle.

Exceptional, delightful. The blend is spot on, no complaints. Pricey but I would buy again. A touch of cinnamon, coffee, molasses. Finish is pleasant no harshness.
