Old Fitzgerald Bottled in Bond 15 Year (Fall 2019)

Distinctly Heaven Hill wheated mashbill. Nose is sweet and enjoyable in every way with heavy caramels and a little nuttiness. The palate starts soft then brings a little heat on the back end. Rich and deep with sugary oak and a slight nuttiness, but nothing overbearing. The finish lets the pour down: gone too fast but what is there is very nice. 15 year bourbons are hard to mess up, and Heaven Hill knocks this out of the park.

Very nutty on the tongue

Fantastic nose of brown sugar and honey. Initial spice on the front but turns into sweet flavors in the middle. Very smooth and easy drinking. Great bourbon
