Love this!!! It was extremely smooth for something as high a proof as this was.

Incredible nose brown sugar, oak hints of dark fruit. Taste is brown sugar, caramel finishing with a lingering cinnamon. I f**king love this.

Very smooth, woody, and delicious

Neat. Good amount of ethanol on the nose. Once you get past that the flavors are medium to dark on the nose. Lots of spice. Oak. I would call it fruit, maybe a beat. It’s hearty. Nice syrupy thickness, pepper and caramel on the palate immediately. It’s hot at first on the swallow but gives way to those hearty flavors and transitions to tons of spiced vanilla. The legs are delicious and the best part. That vanilla and spice hangs for a solid minute. Very solid all around.

Updating: Ethanol nose with fermented stone fruit. Initial heat followed by ethanol, Oak, honey, vanilla, banana, black cherry and spice. Finish is very pleasant ...no hurrying this dram. Water helps matters considerably. I was gifted a bottle last summer 2020. The more I pour this, the more I appreciate it.
