Tasting Notes
"The nose presents on the sweet side of things with chocolate covered cherries, vanilla beans and pancakes with butter and maple syrup. There's also aromas of toasted oak and hearty cereal grains. As you taste, the bourbon feels fairly rich in the mouth and those dessert flavors come back. However, as you finish tasting the bourbon, the sweet level drops to a bittersweet and mildly spicy flavor. Mild char smoke is here as well as caramel popcorn. There's a great depth of flavor here and a decent length to its finish. Once again, should you manage to obtain one it would have been worth the effort. "
