Reviewed September 11, 2022Nose: oak, butterscotch, caramel, clove, little bit of vanilla, pepper, leather, lemon. Body: really tasting the leather, oak, and pepper. Mostly bitter, masks over the other sweet notes such as the vanilla, caramel, and maple syrup. Finish: Medium, bitter and spicy, can taste the leather mask the entire palette and throat. Tingly. Also tasting a lot of rye. Overall a hot bourbon with a very predominant leathery note, while sweeter notes take a backseat to the bitterness.45.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed May 13, 2022Bonfire pick: Clove, pepper corn, leather and a hint of baked apples on the nose. More clove and pepper with notes of dark fruits. Has a finish line a rye. Mellowed with water but doesn’t really bring out more flavors. -

Reviewed April 1, 2022This is a store pick from Crossroads located in Bryant, Ar. Nose: Butterscotch, Carmel, and small hint of oak Taste: It drinks amazingly smooth. If not careful one could get carried away very easily. Notes of Carmel, Vanilla, and nice oaky hit. Finish: The oak lingers, however it is very light and pleasant. Not enough to take away from the Carmel and Vanilla of the initial sip. It is jusy enough to keep you going back for another.
