I’m about halfway through my 1L bottle, probably time to review it! Nose: Upfront I get grain and ethanol, slight caramel and oak spice, and some Beam funk in the back Palate: Grain, Peanut, Brown Sugar and Caramel, Ethanol and slight vanillin Overall this is a great, budget bourbon for an everyday pour.

Sweet, def got orange, maple, pepper spice on the back, wood notes. Very smooth.

Nose: 3.5 | citrus and honey, slight licorice; reminds me of an old fashioned... Palate: 3.5 | candied fruit, caramel and baking spice on the finish Finish: 3.75 | mid-length, dry, spicy finish Price: 4 | great value for a tasty BIB bourbon Verdict: Bottle Definitely something to keep on hand as a daily drinker or to mix into cocktails
