Reviewed January 20, 2015 (edited May 19, 2015)The flavors unfold in distinct phases. Moderate peat and soda bread up front. Weightier flavors, tangy and round, settle on the palate. Dry, long finish that brings oaky Chardonnay to mind. The wood spices are not quite tamed, and pleasingly so.
