As a proof snob, when it comes to bourbon, I thought going down to 100 is worth the journey, especially for 1/2 the money I usually spend. Old Tub has a great story which includes the authentic nature of un-filtered whiskey. The nose is heavily corn forward with barrel spice and a cherry cough drop. The caramel and vanilla are definitely present on the taste, but I cant shake the cinnamon mint vibe - which for me isn't particularly pleasant. However I do get some black licorice, which I like, toward the finish, among the other flavors previously stated. The finish is pretty long for the money, but that may be due to the spiciness of this pour.

4.0 - must buy at least one bottle before you die.
3.0 - solid, must try at a bar, or mooch from a friend.
2.0 - didn't like it, you may.
1.0 - you may have the palate of my dog, and he licks his own ass.
