Papa's Pilar Sherry Finish Dark Rum

On the nose it has a buttery caramel smell with a hint of baking spices and a soft citrus note. On the palate it is heavy caramel, toffee on the front followed by a buttery vanilla and finishes with a touch of baking spice. It has a very hearty oily complex mouthfeel.

Perfect stand-alone rum.

Rich sweet oilly

A touch sweeter than the regular dark or even marquesa blend to me. Marquesa still wins for me.
