Specifics are Parkers 13th Edition, Char #5, aged 8 year 9 month on 7th floor of rickhouse "Y", Parkers 1st rye, NO CHILL FILTRATION Bright Sweet Mouth filling ...by no means your average rye

Nose- rich caramel; red apples; vanilla icing sugar; allspice; brown sugar; touch of milk chocolate Palate- baking spices; thyme; rush of barrel char; cherry syrup; leather; chocolate covered almonds Finish- long, spicy finish; caramel; rich oak tannins; milk chocolate

Beautiful rye spice. Dark chocolate on the nose. Rich with vanilla.

Smooth, rye forward slight dill, sweet vanilla, honey pecan, spearmint, caramel, but the flavor just sits. Very long.
