Reviewed August 22, 2024 (edited August 23, 2024)I bought this a while back after have a few drinks with a friend from work and I am glad I did. This is a solid Canadian whisky that is very easy to drink neat or on the rocks. On the nose it is smooth and gentle with notes of vanilla and a hint of ethonal. The body is light and smooth with a little more of the vanilla and some woody notes and a longer finish than I expected from an 80 proof whisky. I made a few drinks with the Pendleton's like an Old Fashioned, Whisky Highball, and Whisky and coke. It's too soft to make a good Old Fashioned, but the Highball and coke were both good drinks. While writing this piece I tasted this vs Rich and Rare Reserve and I still like it better than Pendleton but it is close. I also like that the company has a military version that donates a portion of each bottle to the Bob Woodruff foundation to help veterans and their families after they leave the service. Overall, it is a good Canadian whisky that is very easy to drink. Enjoy.25.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed August 21, 2024 (edited August 22, 2024)I found this at my favorite local and decided to give it a try. Now, I'm glad I took a chance. Initially I was not impressed, but now that the bottle has been open a while, things have changed quite a bit. The nose is basically toasted marshmallow and honey. The flavors are the same with light hints of vanilla and maple. It drinks easy and leaves me wanting another sip! I will definitely buy a second bottle to see if I have the same experience.32.0 USD per BottleTrenton liquor (First Liquor store) -
