Pendleton Whisky Military Edition
Blended — Canada
Reviewed August 21, 2024 (edited August 22, 2024)I found this at my favorite local and decided to give it a try. Now, I'm glad I took a chance. Initially I was not impressed, but now that the bottle has been open a while, things have changed quite a bit. The nose is basically toasted marshmallow and honey. The flavors are the same with light hints of vanilla and maple. It drinks easy and leaves me wanting another sip! I will definitely buy a second bottle to see if I have the same experience.32.0 USD per BottleTrenton liquor (First Liquor store) -
Bowman Brothers Small Batch Bourbon
Bourbon — Virginia, USA
Reviewed September 30, 2023 (edited July 29, 2024)This isn't what I expected at all. I like it, but it is definitely more of a rye than a bourbon. Chocolate, toast and black pepper initially with a cinnamon finish.33.0 USD per BottleTrenton liquor (First Liquor store) -
This is my first bottle of Four Roses, and I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised. Simple nose - vanilla, brown sugar, and a hint of cedar. Like the aroma, the flavors are straightforward - toasty buttered waffles with lots of maple syrup. The finish is oaky and sweet with no burn at all. At less than $30.00 a bottle I will definitely keep this around.28.0 USD per BottleValley Wine & Spirits

Larceny Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed October 30, 2022 (edited December 18, 2022)This is my first taste of Larceny and I have to say it is really nice! Butterscotch and banana aromas. Very sweet flavors of maple syrup, a little cinnamon and oak. The woody flavor hangs on at the finish leaving me wanting another sip. This one will definitely be on my list to keep around. -
Jack Daniel's Triple Mash
Blended American Whiskey — Tennessee, USA
Reviewed September 7, 2022 (edited September 14, 2022)It took me a while to find a bottle of this and it is well worth the hunt. On the nose I get a lot of really ripe bananas and pancakes. The flavor is surprising with spice cake, honey, more bananas, and a roasted nut finish. Overall, I'm really liking this one. Hopefully I can pick up another bottle before it sells out.Imbibe Chattanooga-Wine Spirits Beer -
Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed July 31, 2022 (edited February 8, 2023)As others have pointed out this bourbon is an absolute steal! Vanilla, brown sugar and cherry aromas with a slight hint of acetone. The flavors start out with honey roasted peanuts and cherries fading into a nice woody cinnamon finish. At around $18.00 for a 750ml bottle you cannot go wrong.Valley Wine & Spirits -
At this point I'm comfortable saying that if the bottle has a Chattanooga Whiskey label on it, it's going to be good. Their rye whiskey is no exception with a sweet, spicy nose and velvety mouth feel. The flavor is peppery, with a hint of chocolate, cherry, vanilla and oak. Another outstanding offering from Chattanooga Whiskey.

Chattanooga Whiskey Bottled in Bond Bourbon (Spring 2018 Vintage)
Bourbon — Tennessee, USA
Reviewed June 15, 2022 (edited June 21, 2022)I didn't get to taste Chattanooga Whiskey's BIB 2017 edition, but I can't imagine it being much better than this. On the nose I'm getting toasty butterscotch and vanilla, with a hint of cinnamon and orange. The flavor for me is really complex with woody sweetness, cherries, and citrus. Overall, it's very smooth with a velvety feel on the tongue and an aftertaste of oak and lime. I absolutely love it!!
