Penelope Architect Build No. 1

Nose is sweet creamy vanilla. Body is rich and sweet, with a transition to sharp and oaky. Delightful finish lingers.

Sweet caramel on the front palate and a sherry-like (dried fruit) finish with oak on the back palate. Drinks its proof and age. Not a bad buy. Still would love a bit more flavor for the price.

Smooth smell, charred oak flavor, smooth, great pour. Build #3. Unfortunately last in a blind test

Light in weight and flavor. Semi sweet with citrus and oak.

Oak and citrus on the nose with a hint of vegetal/herbal. Light char/toasted oak Proof is very approachable neat
