Pierside Small Batch

It smell rich with bits of vanilla, nuts, caramel, and slight cinnamon, wood. On the palate it’s warm with notes of chocolate, white pepper, spearmint, caramel and vanilla.. hit me with that ice cream @Looneyhead

Nose: rye, oak, herbs, green apple, flowers, white pepper, orange and mint. Palate: fruity and spicy, vanilla, chocolate ice cream, pepper, wood, cinnamon, apple, and barrel spice. Very botanical, gin-like character. Lingering spicy finish. Complex. Really nicely done.
