Pig's Nose

Upfront this is extremely fluffy, soft, and creamy! I get a lot of lavender, whipped cream, citrus peel, woodiness, and light sherry on the mid palate! The finish reminds me of a cup of English breakfast tea along with a bit of smoke.

Light smoke. A little sweetness.

Very basic but perfectly drinkable. Good deal for the price, but nothing to write home about. A nice sweetness, a bit syrupy, with just a touch of peat.
