Pikesville Straight Rye

Nose: dusty shoes (?), minty on the second go ‘round, butterscotch Palate: little bready, touch of mint Finish: Spicy: a 110 rye, so I feel here…and I feel it right here = I like the finish. Overall: I would keep this rye stocked on my shelf.

I’ve tried and tried. Tastes like dead, rotting fish. Like the worst parts of the Sazerac Rye condensed. I may even pour out this bottle, but not yet. Will keep trying…
