Pinhook Bohemian Bourbon High Proof

Four star for a bourbon.

A bit of ethanol, vanilla, peaches and maybe orange on the nose. Same on the palate with clove, oak tannins in a medium long finish. May be a bit young but I find this to be very good.

Very unique but not necessarily in a good way. Found this to be very woody. It was kind of like the liquid version of the inside of a cigar box or drinking watery pine tar.
