Pinhook Bohemian Bourbon High Proof

Apple and cinnamon on the nose, sweet and oily but very young with a lot of burn, could use more aging time but look forward to future bottles with some more age

Nutty

Not like anything I've had before. A very oily and thick feel, lots of heat, cut with *some* vanilla and butterscotch. Could use some more time in the barrel. Not worth the $60 bottle imo
