Plantation 3 Stars White Rum

The smell is a slight but pronounced... short sharp smell of alcohol in a very pleasant manor, a little hint of character in a form of what my amateur nose may call hogo. The inital taste is also sharp, but seconds later settles down into a sweet, soft warm banana, citrus maybe pineapple. Leaveing a warm sensation making you want to take some time before the next sip.

Nose: Young coconut, sugar cane, banana funk Palate: Sweet, fruity, all of the tropical fruit. A carnival in your mouth. Surprisingly long finish with a bit of cinnamon and hints of the oak. This young blend punches above it's weight and is better than many of the fancy "sippers" I've tried out there. The daiquiris this rum makes are probably the things of legends.
