Alcohol doesnt integrate very well, esters are prominent but dont complement the sweet and tropical flavors that well as they are mostly plastic or tape like in nature. Cognac or bourbon finish clashes a little bit with these esters.

Nose: Gentle and reserved with hints of cocoa nibs, tropical fruits, caramel, french roast coffee, toffee, vanilla pods, honey and oak. Palate: Creamy with notes of caramel, barrel spices, tropical fruit, honey, oak and toffee. Finish: Long, slightly bitter and spicy with notes of barrel spices, honey, vanilla, chocolate and dried tropical fruits. Distiller Review No. 941
