Prairie Organic Gin

Sweet sweet and malty, and juniper disappears into licorice. Medium body. This is not the gin you're looking for. Move along.

Herbal, would be great in a gimlet

sweet, grain forward, with minimal notes of juniper and herbs especially once water has been added. Improved with mix, although vodka would do just as well in its place. Pass if Gin is required or desired.

Not much there. Bitter.

Pretty sweet and piney the first sip felt like it only hit the tip of my tongue with sharpness, but after that it tasted pretty light, sweet, and smooth. Not very much complexity, but not bad for a 19 dollar bottle and a nice organic operation.

Like this gin. Less citrusy notes and more juniper. Great gin and tonic.

Not bad. Sweet and I think I taste celery. Nothing special but decent for the price
