Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey

Just like Jameson, but just a bit beter. Not somthing for colection, but for every day drinking.

Sweet malt character, a hint of salted caramel. Easy drinking over ice.

Notes of honey beginning to end. Pretty weak and lacking overall.

Noses with caramel and sweetness, palate contrasts a mellow oak with sweet shortbread cookie, smooth and light, leaves a bitter oak aftertaste that I suppose happens with a young whiskey. Not bad, but it’s got a very simple profile.

Nose - oaky spice at first which is strange for an Irish whisky, then some vanilla and honey comes through Taste - caramel and vanilla primarily, then the barrel spice takes over Finish - light oak spice, thin and fades rapidly leaving a mellow burn

Light bodied. Easy drinker. This is will not challenge you. Tasting notes of vanilla and light floral.
