An intense, Aged Rum from Barbados aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years, opening with notes of butternut & roasted almonds, while oak & vanilla linger for a complex finish. June 2017 / May 2019 / July 2024

Good example of a balanced Bajan rum in a gift-worthy bottle. I prefer Doorlys 12 in this price range, but this drier, less fruity take is enjoyable nonetheless.

Light gold color. Sweet, slightly flowery nose. Starts light on the pallet & builds quickly. Sweeter nuttiness - almost like candied pecans - with hints of oak on the finish. Main flavor dissipates quickly but has a pleasant finish that lingers for some time.

It’s ok. Reasonable for price point, however it does offer up grass notes that I do not care for. I have had runs I much prefer to this.

Rich baking spices on the nose andcaramel light taste at first. Let it open up for like 2 minutes and the flavor develops smooth alcohol makes it linger. Definitely a sweeter rum
