Rabbit Hole Cavehill Kentucky Straight Bourbon

4-Grains are really growing on me! This is a classic cream cheese apple danish! There is some oak and spice, but very little! An awesome bourbon.. The honey and wheat malted barley shine really well throughout the palate!

Sweet oak on the nose with cinnamon applesauce and light honey. Drying oak on the palate, with some brown sugar, dark fruit (plum), honey and a little red apple skin on the finish. Some heat that lingers on the sides of the tongue. Decent pour - probably losing a little luster with more tasting experience.

I got smell of apple and honey spice, taste of orange, honey and bit of mint
