Rabbit Hole Cavehill Kentucky Straight Bourbon

1st taste: mild taste, shallow palate, bad finish - not sure what’s there. Pond water? Better as time goes on, not bad but not buyable. 2nd: Strong palate and finish. Nose is nice, palate builds in intensity and finish is very acidic and hot. Not that pleasant

First taste was thin with little spice distinction. Should try more to further assess.
