Great Bourbon Flavor - Very Smooth, Strong Notes of Wheat and Corn

Excellent!!! Strait up!

In your face up, mellows with a big cube. Hints of caramel. Very nice.

On the nose I get wheat with a little honey and slightly nutty. The taste is of the same but very soft, light, and sweet.

apple, honey, creamy

OK, it's good. To pretty darn good. But a little sweet without corresponding spice or depth. Caramel, molasses, coconut, chocolate. Almost like chocolate syrup. Water helps, but even that can't this to a 4.0. The finish is mostly fresh ground black pepper.

Sweetness with classic bourbon notes all around. Nice mouth feel with overall medium finish. Nothing special however. I did a SxS with the Heigold and the Heigold was the clear winner.
