Rabbit Hole Dareringer Straight Bourbon Finished in PX Sherry Casks

Rich, full, caramel, butterscotch, cherries, super smooth

I love the Heigold. So I wasn’t surprised when I loved nosing the Dareringer. Sherry impact is heavy, but you still get the beautiful black tea and floral notes I get from Heigold. Palate is a lot more vanilla, caramel and cherry, more traditional bourbon notes. But I can nose this all day without even taking a sip and I will be completely fine.

Vanilla, cornbread, nutty, slight wood, spicy mint chocolate chip, sweet, medium to long finish

Sweet, apple, peanut butter

Spicey but drinkable, maple and anise with a bit of cinnamon. Nice warm finish.
