Tasting Notes
"Scents are often tied to memories and this ginger-flavored whiskey is no different. It calls to mind the rice paper wrapped ginger candies from childhood and tastes rather similar, too. The spicy heat on the finish isn't from raw alcohol burn but instead the intensity of fresh ginger flavor."
